Practical guide
Use this workflow before choosing another tool.
Creators, agencies, and small teams that need more content mileage from existing articles, videos, calls, or newsletters. The useful move is to turn that search into a small operating decision: what gets captured, who reviews it, what copy is safe, and what should stop before it reaches a customer.
A repurposing calendar should start from proven source material, then map each derivative asset to a platform, angle, owner, and publish date. Treat the template below as a starting point for review, not as final external copy. The buyer still needs to adapt it to their business, product, policy, tools, consent rules, and support boundaries.
- 01Source asset: article, call, video, webinar, case study, or newsletter.
- 02Platform version: LinkedIn post, short video, email, carousel, thread, or FAQ.
- 03Angle: lesson, proof, objection, checklist, behind-the-scenes, or quote.
- 04Production: owner, draft date, asset status, publish date, and reuse notes.
