Use this for confusing setup steps, unclear file names, missing instructions, mobile readability, or anything that would make the product easier to use.

Support issue

If a file will not open, a download is missing, or the receipt does not match the product, use the support and refund policies instead of a public review path.

Public quote permission

If you are comfortable being quoted, include one short sentence and the display name ReplyAide may show. Do not include revenue, approval, ranking, review, or lead claims unless they are independently supportable.

Feedback should make products better without exposing sensitive information.

Do not send full card numbers, bank details, tax IDs, or private identity documents.

Remove customer names, emails, order IDs, addresses, and private business records unless support specifically asks for a minimal example.

No unsupported claims

Public quotes should describe the product experience, not guaranteed sales, rankings, approvals, reviews, or lead outcomes.

Buyer trust

Feedback improves the catalog without turning into fake proof.

ReplyAide will use real buyer comments only after review, and only where the quote fits the product page honestly.

Not a gate

Downloads, license keys, support, and refund review are not conditional on leaving feedback.

Not automatic publishing

Feedback is reviewed before any public display. Private product notes can stay private.

Not a promise engine

Feedback may describe clarity, usefulness, or setup experience. It cannot be rewritten into guaranteed outcome claims.
