What ReplyAide Studio provides
ReplyAide Studio helps business owners connect an account, connect Google Business Profile access when approved, monitor review workflows, generate AI-assisted review reply drafts, and route low-risk replies through safe autopost rules when the owner enables that mode. Free accounts remain draft-only. Paid accounts may enable safe autopost after Google access, account quota, and safety settings are active.
Google API access and permissions
- Use ReplyAide only with Google Business Profiles the user owns, manages, or is otherwise authorized to operate.
- ReplyAide requests the Google Business Profile OAuth permission needed to list authorized accounts and locations, read reviews, draft replies, and post owner-approved replies from the connected Google account.
- ReplyAide does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Ads, or unrelated Google account data for Google Review Autopilot.
- The user can revoke Google access at any time through ReplyAide controls where available or through Google Account permissions. After revocation, review sync and reply posting stop until the user reconnects.
- Live Google Business review sync and posting depend on Google API access, Google quota, account permissions, and Google service availability. If Google access or quota is pending, those live features remain unavailable until access is approved.
User responsibility and approval
- Use ReplyAide only for business profiles, reviews, and messages the user is authorized to manage.
- Review and approve AI-generated replies when a review is negative, sensitive, legally risky, refund-related, health-related, privacy-related, abusive, or otherwise outside the configured low-risk rules.
- Keep business policies, refund rules, escalation rules, blocked phrases, tone settings, and Google Business permissions accurate.
- Do not use ReplyAide for fake reviews, rating manipulation, spam, deception, unlawful activity, impersonation, privacy abuse, or prohibited products.
- Comply with Google policies, platform rules, local laws, contracts, privacy duties, and the user's own business policies.
Safe autopost boundaries
- Safe autopost is unavailable on the free plan and remains off until a paid plan, Google Business access, quota, and owner-configured safety rules are active.
- Safe autopost is limited to configured low-risk review categories such as straightforward positive reviews, routine service comments, and simple thank-you replies.
- Legal, refund, hygiene, medical, personal information, profanity, threats, harassment, discrimination, policy disputes, and other sensitive reviews require human approval and are not auto-posted.
- ReplyAide does not remove reviews, alter ratings, hide negative feedback, create reviews, or post replies that the connected Google account is not authorized to post.
- The owner can disable autopost, change approval rules, disconnect Google access, or stop using ReplyAide at any time.
Google and third-party services
ReplyAide depends on third-party services such as Google Business Profile APIs, hosting, payment processing, license key validation, email delivery, analytics where consented, and managed AI providers. Availability can depend on provider approval, API quotas, account permissions, service status, and user configuration.
Subscriptions and license access
Paid Studio and vault subscriptions are billed through the checkout provider on the monthly or annual cadence shown at checkout. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Buyers can cancel through the checkout provider's customer portal where available or by contacting billing@replyaide.com from the purchase email. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the already-paid billing period. Refund requests, duplicate charges, missing access, and file defects are reviewed under the refund and delivery policy; a used billing period is not automatically refunded after cancellation. Founder pricing, discounts, included limits, and grandfathered terms apply only when they are shown on the checkout page, receipt, account page, or a separate written agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
ReplyAide does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, bookings, reviews, ratings, ranking improvement, review removal, Google approval, marketplace approval, compliance results, or any specific business outcome. AI replies are operational assistance, not legal, medical, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
Downloadable catalog products
ReplyAide may also sell downloadable workflow files, templates, local browser tools, checklists, and documentation. Unless a product page or separate written agreement says otherwise, downloadable products are not custom software projects or done-for-you implementation services.
Changes
ReplyAide may update the site, Studio features, account flows, policies, subscription plans, catalog organization, pricing, and product files. Material buyer-facing changes should be reflected on the relevant product, policy, pricing, or account page before live promotion.
