ReplyAide products are instant digital downloads. This policy explains what buyers receive, when refunds may be reviewed, and what is not a valid refund reason after successful delivery.

Terms of Use

These terms govern ReplyAide Studio, Google Business review automation, account-based quota, subscription access, and the downloadable ReplyAide catalog. The product is built for owner-controlled review replies, not rating manipulation or unsafe automatic posting.

Privacy Policy

ReplyAide collects the information needed to run account login, quota protection, Google Business review workflows, AI-assisted reply generation, subscription access, and support. Google review data is used only to provide the connected business owner with reply automation, approval controls, reporting, and safe autopost rules. ReplyAide's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Business Profile API Use Policy

ReplyAide uses Google Business Profile APIs only for owners, managers, or authorized representatives who manually sign in with Google and connect eligible Business Profiles. The product is a controlled review workflow, not a ratings manipulation tool or a public API proxy.

License Terms

ReplyAide products are sold as working files for the buyer's own business use. They are not private-label resale packs and may not be re-uploaded, resold, or redistributed.

Support Policy

Support covers file access for downloads and activation troubleshooting for hosted ReplyAide subscriptions. It does not include unlimited implementation, business operations, or unrelated third-party account work.

Custom Build Terms

Custom build requests are separate from instant downloads. A form submission or email request is not an automatic purchase, quote, delivery promise, or acceptance of work.

AI Output & Safe Use Policy

ReplyAide outputs are drafts and workflow aids. Buyers must review, edit, and approve all outputs before sending, publishing, or relying on them.

Policy stance: be specific about what is delivered, honest about what is not included, preserve non-waivable consumer rights, and avoid promising sales, reviews, rankings, compliance, or business outcomes.
