ReplyAide products are sold as working files for the buyer's own business use. They are not private-label resale packs and may not be re-uploaded, resold, or redistributed.
Permitted use
- Use the purchased product internally for the buyer's own business, client operations, or team workflows.
- Modify templates, prompts, schemas, tracker columns, and local workflow copy for the buyer's own operational use.
- Create internal outputs such as drafts, checklists, tracker rows, and SOP notes from the included tools.
Not permitted
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, mirror, re-upload, or publish the purchased files as a competing product.
- Claim ReplyAide files, templates, local apps, visuals, or documentation as private-label or master-resale-rights inventory.
- Remove ownership notices, license notes, or buyer-boundary language for resale purposes.
- Use the product to create spam, deceptive messages, unlawful automation, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or platform manipulation.
Client use
If a buyer is an agency or freelancer, they may use the product to support their own client work, but they may not hand over the raw ReplyAide product files as a standalone deliverable unless a separate written license grants that right.
License violations
License violations may result in loss of access to updates, support refusal, takedown requests, account reports to marketplaces or payment providers, and other available remedies.
